Like stated before. Their interface looks a bit vague, but they actually do payout and the rates did increase over time. You have to decide for yourself if you’re happy with the service, which is actually pretty good, and the rates. I am, and so I decided to continue with them.

Don’t have a minimum CPM of $ 1,- like they state everywhere on their site. Further their statistics don’t cover more then the last 7 days and look a bit unreliable too.
On the other hand they are very friendly. I’m also quite sure they actually do payout and such. Just try out for yourself and see if you make enough money or not.
I just get the $ 10 I’ve asked my payment, so I’m waiting to receive my payment post.
