my average CPM is $0.6 when CTR 0.4% and i see that with you have some clicks (CTR 0.01 to 0.05) your min CPM is $0.1. and for no click traffic CPM is $0.08 to $0.04 .

No dear , In their chart table I clearly saw that they are paying only $0.08 ecpm .
And one more thing They are not paying Indian Publisher with their minimum payout ,I mean $5 ,I also mailed them they told they pays Indian $100 minimum and only in cheque.
They told Paypal not allowing them to pay Indians Paypal A/C .
So they are searching a payment Processor .
But I smell Fishy bcoz Lots other Indian Ad network are still Paying with Paypal . HOW………

About hidden script you need to understand that not only these network max ad networks some time run more then one ad/script and its done by advertiser. not by these ad Network.
so i’m stall use these network and ya we found thy go down some time and thy inform us its for high traffic serve. and these time thy scan there publisher (spam/PTP/fake traffic sender) so have a extra load. and tell us fix it soon.
about extra code our Programmers found a traffic analytics script. click tracker script. and echo ad.
